Oops... My bad... Now that I think of it, the "control" symbol is more like
an upwards-pointing arrow w/ a horizontal line under it. The key to the left
of the shift-lock is indeed the option (alt) key-- I think the symbol is
supposed to represent a switch (like in electronic schematics).
