As the GUI screen booted a "CPS SE upper drive fix not needed with this System verion." and "CPS Delete Tracking installed (v2.0)" showed. As icons loaded on screen a system error ID = 15 crashed the computer.

Try to start it with the cloverleaf (cmd.) and option keys held down.
If that doesn't work you'll need a boot floppy, IF the SE's floppy drive works.
