How do I make these settings? When I open the PPP
control panel, the window is empty. Where and how do
I make the DNS server address and ISP settings in
FreePPP or MacTCP?

Is your DNS server properly set? That has been an
issue for me from
time to time - just forgetting to set it...

I had this something happen with my 280c, 7.6.1,
FreePPP and iCab
2.9.8(68k). You need to have at least 1 DNS address
and 1 IP from your
ISP in the preferences in order to see web pages..

Yup, and be sure you have a MacTCP and aFreePPP or
something like it,
and the
ppp extension, unless you're running Open Transport.

Then, you open the PPP control panel and set all your
settings from the
menu bar.
The Modem, TCP/IP, etc.
