Regarding the proposal to allow sale and want notices on Mondays: I'm 
not an active regular, mostly a lurker. But it would be GREAT to be 
able to ask for things I need on this list. I just had to unsubscribe 
from the LEM swap list because it has, in the last few days, become a 
very very unpleasant reading experience. This list has always felt safe 
and homey to me. I think there's something inherently benevolent and 
kindly about folks who cherish the really old Macs. Any friend of a 
compact Mac is a friend of mine, and I trust everyone to engage in this 
proposed Monday activity sensibly and respectfully.

Maybe I'm not giving enough credit to whoever monitors the list - 
perhaps they're doing such a good job I don't even notice! Whatever 
reason, all I can say is this is a great list and a great group of 
folks.
