I just looked, 1 SE card found under "SE Ethernet" but nothing under "SE/30 Ethernet", "IIsi Ethernet", "SE/30 NIC", "IIsi NIC" or "SE NIC" .

Have you tried Froogle or just a Google web search. Try a Google search on "SE/30 Ethernet Mastercard", a couple of hits there looked promising. Froogle had plenty of hits but I didn't see anything useful.
When looking to buy something I'll do a Google search and add MasterCard as that will usually isolate the responses to people selling stuff.
