Fortunately my SS20 is also working fine with that same 10/100 NetGear 
hub, using the interface on the system board.  Have not tried an SBus 
ethernet card.

Again, luck must be on my side, as my MicroVAX 3100-40 also has no 
problem negotiating with a NetGear 10/100 DS104 hub.  Now my PDP 11/23 
(with RT-11 V5) might be problematic, although I do not have TCP/IP 
installed nor do I have an ethernet card for that system, so have not 
tried.
