Your saying you //e cant speak to other computers or you cant find a term program to use with a null modem cable. I'm interested in the flash drive, know nothing about it but it makes me think swapping the drive for use with a emulator before it goes back into the //e may be the easist way.
Trying to suggest other options you may get an working idea from.
