If you mean:
1. People not trimming footers from the message they're quoting, and 2, People not taking negotiations for FS items off-list,
and if you're suggesting that they should be sentenced to a year's use of Windows 3.1, then I would agree entirely. Difficult to enforce though.
Perhaps they'll take this as a hint?
