Hi All, Thanks for your replies. My motivation for the first post was that I am considering installing System 8.1 on the system, but the system is noticably slower with 7.5.5 on it. I'm not looking for the unit to be super fast, but at least similar to the speed of having System 6 on the SE/30. I will need to boost the RAM since 8 megs is definately not enough, I was thinking adding 4 x 16 megs on one bank for the possibility of adding more later if I happen to see some that is inexpensive. What is a reasonable price for a 16 MB simm? Any good places to find them?
