Apple ImageWriter II and StyleWriter II are your best bets. The ImageWriter is noisy but prints lots of pages on its cheap ribbon. The StyleWriter is a good quality ink jet which uses Canon BC-02 cartridges; if you print a lot the ink costs add up.
