Have installed Eudora v3.1.1 Light onto a Apple Powerbook 540c, however I am having trouble configuring it with a pop yahoo email account that I have.
Also I have been able to obtain an Official Copy of Eudora v3.0 Pro with Original Box, Disks & Registration Card from the US, which is in the post at the moment. Apple Macintosh Powerbook 540c is running MacOS 7.5.5 & TCP/IP. I know the Yahoo e-mail is operational, since I configured it with MS-Outlook Express v6.0 running on MS-Windoze Server 2003 Enterprise Edition - No Problems. I have the the following details ; Yahoo Email Address : <username>@yahoo.co.uk POP Server : pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk SMTP Server : smtp.mail.yahoo.co.uk Account : <username> Password : <password> I have also enabled within the Yahoo Email to account to allow remote mail clients to connect to this email account. Any Ideas would be much appreciated, I read somewhere that Eudora will only connect to mail servers that are running UNIX.
