You are entitled to your own opinion, however, I am not trying to replace this mailing list or create any kind of problems. It is *this* mailing list that inspired me, a 14-year-old, to make my forum.

Having a website forum *in addition* to a mailing list would probably serve to attract *more* people into the Compact Mac community, as there are now TWO places to inquire to for both new-comers into the field, and the veterans.
Just my 2¢ on the topic...

Any action the effect of which could be to disperse the probably declining Compact mac community is not very helpful. It's difficult to see the creation of yet another forum as anything other than empire building.
