My immediate thoughts would be the HT Transformer or the Transistor that
drives it, you may be able to remove the components from another donor
analogue board to try.  You can do some simple resistance tests on the HT
transformer's pins (obviously with the power off!), if the Transformer
looks the same on the Plus Analogue board you could compare between the
two.
