Hi.

I have a Mac SE (not FDHD) and the only way for me to get files on it
is to use a null modem serial file transfer.

On the PC end, I have HyperTerminal and on the Mac end I have the MS
Works comm application.

Here's my problem: the only installed connection tools are Apple Modem
and Appletalk connection, so I can't use a serial connection (I need
the Serial Tool file in the Communications Folder inside of the System
folder (system 6) or in the Extensions folder (system 7)).
If someone could get this file from their mac and put it on an
800k-formatted floppy (even a 1.4 mb floppy formatted as double sided
should work), and then we could work out a way for you to mail it to
me, that would be *great.*

If you don't have the Serial Tool on your system, but you *can*
transfer files from a PC/newer mac to an old mac and have an 800k
floppy, you can download it here:

If anyone could help me with this, I would be eternally grateful!
