I have a Classic II that I use almost daily to do my budget and finance stuff.

In my closet, I have three "backup" Classic II machines (though all are missing the logic board, they are otherwise complete). I know at least one of them has the speaker grill on the side, maybe two have it. The one I'm thinking of has a manufacture date of December 1992. If you are interested in a picture, I can take one with the digital camera.
