there's not a waybackmachine archive.  At least of the powerweb archive.

I've pulled small .sit files from the waybackmachine pages before, they archived a lot of that stuff if it wasn't too big.

I don't have the original URL handy but maybe that one wasn't blocked by a robots.txt excluder.
