Only the Quicktake 200 has a removable memory card. THe QT 100 and QT 150 do not. That is correct about the QT software. It's called Photoflash. It is currently available on the Mac Driver Museum site.

It does connect via serial but needs the QuickTake software to access any pictures stored in the camera. I can send you the files I have if you want.
