No. The RAM chips in the 512k cannot be used in a Plus. They are easy to remove from the logic board, however, just desolder, but they will only be good on another 512k or a 128k (w/minimux). And I don't understand the last part of your question at all. Are you talking about the RAM SIMMs that stick up at an angle at the rear of the Plus logic board? If so, you have a problem with the way they are seated or the chassis is bent. Either way, the board is designed to slid in and out easily with those SIMMs installed.
