My dialup, though, was through SBC. I don't use them now for my high
speed.

Yeah, I used to have the same problem when I was on dial-up (I'm sure
that wasn't the problem), but since I've been 'high-speed', I haven't
had those kinds of messages that you received. I still remember
dialing into CompuServ at 1200 baud, so I ain't complaining too much
