Also, the DC-37 (or at least a 30-something
D-shaped connector) was used on many PC laptops
in the 80s and early 90s as an external floppy
connector (in case you want to add an example to

Technically VGA is a DE-15. Sun uses one I

The use of the terms DB-9 and DB-15 are simply
computer people who don't understand and are
mis-using the terms
