Hey folks...

I'm having a heck of a time trying to set up my Classic II with this stupid Asante Mini EN/SC adapter.

The Router/Switch is a Linksys BEFSR41.

To keep it short: I don't know jack about this Linksys switch, but I *guess* it's automatically switching 10/100baseT. What if, while you're looking for a SCSI problem (and there are!), this was just the usual 10/100 switching thing that will not work with older 10bT-only machines? I bet the Mini EN/SC feels like one of these. Did you ever check with a dumb 10bT hub?

Cheers, OM
