This is a code review request for the removal of the SFWcups, SFWcprnt, SFWcddk, and SFWxpp packages. All of these packages are moved or being moved to Nevada or the SFW consolidation and do not need to be in the Companion. Further, due to legal restrictions, they are, at least for now, no longer allowed in the Solaris 10 CCD.

Update of Makefiles and Targetdirs files to get rid of cups lines. 3. CDDL lines changed to have just one space after the #'s. A build removes these packages.
