I'd tend to agree, as they are basic window related operations for a window manager. In theory then those ones in the extrawm plugin sounded like they could be in core. But then on the other hand, with the current compiz we have resize and move being a plugin, arguably most common window operations should be a plugin too. Yup. Command is definitely worthwhile to be a plugin. And personally I think it's a bit strange with the existing "Run terminal command" or "Screenshot command".
