Hi, all.
I've put together the original patch and posted it to the forums.
I'm slightly concerned about licencing issues: Most of the patch
(parsing the button_order gconf option) is taken verbatim from
metacity, thus that code is GPL-only. Just FYI.

hm, gwd uses the location of buttons to figure out what stretch offset
to use the titlebar decoration and if that code is not adjusted
correctly it might be causing issues.
if you send your current patch to the list and I can have a look at it.
