I don't think it has to do with kms. I am using 00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 945GM/GMS, 943/940GML Express Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 03) (according to lspci), with UXA enabled and after a few hours 50% (~500/1024MiB) of my system's RAM and 100% of my swapfile (256 MiB) is allocated.
