I didn't use compiz, I use Kubuntu with default windows manager. This bug reproduces sometimes, not every time, but 5-30 times a day (alt-tab pressed more than 1000 times per day). In Karmic Aplha 6 fresh install this bug didn't reproduce for me at now.
