pecemkd, the "Terminal" is a program that you can find in "Accessories" under your start menu. The "Terminal" is a simple text program that offers a "command prompt" much like the old style DOS computers did a long time ago.
Enter the above command (without the quotes) and press enter. Follow any instructions it gives you.
