Most recent comment from upstream. So this sounds like it might be a bug in both the way OOo works and Compiz being overly pedantic.

Which are unclear when fullscreen state is active at the same time; the problem here is that a not sizeable window (which our full screen presentation is) has equal min and max sizes.
