I'm having similar problem since upgraded to lucid. But is not all shortcuts. Just Ctrl+(some key, like C, V of F) is not working. Alt is working, and Ctrl+mouse is working too! When I turn compiz off, ctrl works again. Video driver is ok. I have remove the .compiz folder in home, reinstall it, all dependencies, and nothing.
