Ubuntu 11.04 daily updated. I'm using Gnome classic desktop, not unity. After recent update there is bug in windows decorations (?)... if the window is maximised, but isn't focused, then its title bar is hidden. I assume this was caused by some change done for Unity as there maximised window uses top panel to show its title bar....
