compiz 1:0.8.6-0ubuntu9.2 (maverick) now has a broken click-to-raise for me. Clicking on Google Chrome (with or without the system titlebars) no longer raises it above other windows. Downgrading to 1:0.8.6-0ubuntu9.1 resolves the issue, so the patch causes an additional issue for me.
