Steps to reproduce:
- open a chromium / chrome window
- enter fullscreen mode (F11)
- try to Alt-TAB to switch to another application
Result: the launcher is stuck in hidden mode; calling it with SUPER or
Alt-F2 doesn't work anymore
Note: closing all windows helps unblock the launcher
