hi, after a few day i interpreted what about it. :D Yeh this is realy irritating. The "application is in?" function is realy sensitive, perceive in a few pixel, but this is in the upper left/right workspace is wrong becouse the panel's shadow is hide the few pixel, and if the application just few pixel is the workspace the shadow hide it, seemingly when we click the application nothing happens.
