nvidia driver 270.41.19 (the one from Ubuntu X-Team/Swat ppa, released by nvidia two days ago).
Ubuntu classic. Dual screen. Disabling V-Blank and Flipping in both screens, and also in CCSM, didn't change absolutely anything. All window management is very laggy. Even switching windows with alt-tab takes a (noticeable) while. Very weird.
