Hello, I can confirm that this is indeed a mouse-related problem. On my laptop, I have no lagging issues when dragging a window with the touchpad. However, when using my mouse (Razer DeathAdder), moving windows is very slow and choppy. Also the mousepoll options trick doesn't seem to work for me. (BTW, I have an Intel graphics card)
