@Fabien, can you confirm you're still seeing this problem? @Sam, before we approach NVIDIA about this, would you mind elaborating on what you believe needs to be changed in the driver to address this? I've not heard about drivers needing to throttle/governor client apps, but is that what you're suggesting?
