I have a similar problem. Please watch this video I made to demonstrate the bug with wobbly windows: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sb4PtMDjcTY I'm not sure how to reproduce this, sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't. Please let me know if you require any further information.
