Opacity on the "Grid" compiz plugin fill color doesn't match the opacity
of the "Resize" fill color.
To reproduce:
resize a window and notice the opacity of the resize rectangle
move a window close to the edge to activate the grid plugin
notice that the opacity of the rectangle is different
Because these two rectangles play exactly the same roll, they should
also look exactly the same.
Desired resolution:
To fix this, the opacity of the grid plugin fill color needs to be set
to 25 to match that of resize (it doesn't look good to do it the other
way around).
