I am running Oneiric beta on a laptop with an external monitor. When I
start update-manager, it is displayed on the laptop screen. After
initiating an update, the progress window is displayed in the middle of
the other screen. This is a confusing and unpleasant experience for the
user.

Expected behaviour? The progress window (and any other windows that are
spawned from that app) should appear on the same screen as the main
window for the app.
