Anyway, what helped my (partially): compizconfig-settings-manager: 1. turn of Unity MT grab handles 2. go to Move Windows > uncheck Constrain Y 3. go to Workarounds > check "dont wait for vsync, enable xgl to fglrx workarounds. 4. restart pc Worked for me.
