Compiz simply doesn't seem to be rendering effects. Ring Switcher,
Wobbly Windows, Cube (assuming rotate cube, 3d windows, cube reflection
are also not working but can't tell without the cube).
All I seem to be able to do that might be compiz related is switch
between workspace 1 and 2.
(Cube is the most important for me as it directly impacts my
productivity)
