Hi all, is this still in progress? I would like to see the behaviour also changed so that it detects any open window and resets itself so that the next click on Show Desktop minimizes everything. It's like this in metacity and windows. I probably filed a duplicate bug here:

I also strongly believe that the Show Desktop button should be smarter instead of being just a toggle.
