Hi Bilal, i think this might be similar to this bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/+bug/896608
I think these problems wouldn't be so severe if there weren't all these workarounds to treat LibreOffice as several applications (it must be a marketing decision as explained here): http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/idea/29191/ Please use your weight in the community to sort out this madness before 12.04 launches (perhaps a LibreOffice 'papercuts' project?) - if we don't have a fully working office suite, then it really is game over (particularly for the Business Edition remix) :( Also (pleasantly!) surprised there's no global menu in 12.04 daily build for LibreOffice (i regularly remove my home directory on my testing vm after package update to reset to the defaults)....but then of course this means no HUD. I would also like to see global menu become an option. This last paragraph IS off topic to this bug, but IS related to the user experience of LibreOffice under Unity.
