this compiz accessibility plugin allows compiz to see at-spi events https://github.com/gloob/compiz-accessibility-plugin and this fork of the ezoom plugin looks at the accessibility plugin to get the current cursor position and follow it when in panning mode https://github.com/gloob/gloob-Ezoom-fork
