Here it is not fixed yet. Fort my tests I disabled all additional plugins, but I still get the flickering, so I am still forced to use Unity2d here. The flickering frequency lowers and overall usability gets better when disabling the copy-to-texture plugin, but I have found no real workaround yet :(
