Count me in, I have the same setup as OP. I have another problem but its difficult to describe, I'll give it my best shot. Sometimes when Ive minimized a window, say firefox or rhythmbox and I go to open its drawn on the wrong screen, clicking on it does nothing and it clicks the thing underneath. Using alt click and moving it forces it to snap to the correct position on the other screen.
