Problem is corrected in many cases for me (Gpodder, Synaptic, Updates manager), but there is still a situation which doesn't work : when I am on another program than Thunderbird and when an alarm of Lightning shows upThunderbird and the small window of event appear in front of the screen, but at this time focus is still on the last application used, so I can not swith to it again by clicking on its launcher icon.
