Steps to reproduce:
1) In workspace #1 launch a big application (so it takes few seconds before
window is loaded)
2) Switch to workspace #2 and wait for a while
Current result:
Newly launched application will create window in workspace #2, although it was
workspace #1 that initialized it.
Expected result?
I like to start few apps in the 1st workspace, then switch to next workspace
and start some new apps (I like to keep them organized).
