@vanvugt; bug 751050 is about providing alternative keybindings for
users who don't have a numpad. We still want to support numpad
shortcuts as well, we just want to have non-numpad equivalents available
where possible.
I am marking this bug as a dupe of bug #878820 because that is the bug
that specifies the correct numpad window management behaviour (bug note
bug #751050 also remains valid).
