Version 1:0.9.7.8-0ubuntu1vvpreproposed1 from ppa:vanvugt/compiz- preproposed is much better as it fixes several anoyances I have been having.
Window flicker after rotate cube is now gone. Drag window to cube face now works with two monitors, one landscape one portrait. It used to be impossible to drag a window to a neighbouring cube face as the cube would rotate half way then snap back. This is now all working. Drag window to top of screen to maximise now picks the correct monitor. Double click to maximise now has a predictable behavior.
